This unique home is perfectly situated at the entrance of the impressive Paradise of Colorado subdivision, at the doorstep of Pikes Peak.  It was initially built as the sales office and showroom for home builders working in this subdivision.  At that time, it reflected many different colors and styles of flooring, walls, roof tiles and paint options for their clients to choose from when designing a custom home.

Liz purchased the property in 2016, hoping to turn the showroom into a home. At present, it is 2,500 square feet, but there is an addition planned for next year. Ideally located at the west entrance of Paradise of Colorado, the property sits where the paver road begins, just across the street from the round-about, large waterfall and a Native American Indian sculpture.  It is a local favorite spot for photo-op’s.  The entry focuses on a unique 8’ wooden door, and inside visitors will enjoy the living room which features a10’ ceiling, and large wooden beam construction.

Guests are encouraged to look for the copper buffalo heads inlaid in the stair treads.  From the front patio doors to the balcony, there is a gorgeous view of Pikes Peak and overlook of Woodland Park.  The theme carried out through the home is “Hats Off to Christmas”, and guests might even catch a glimpse of Mr. and Mrs. Claus there, as well as Liz the Elf!
