About the Tour
Tweeds Holiday Home Tour is a nonprofit event that ushers in the Holiday season by presenting an opportunity for people to tour festively decorated
locations in the Greater Ute Pass area. All proceeds benefit local nonprofit organizations that provide a variety of services to the residents of Teller County and adjacent areas.
Not unlike the Statue of Liberty, the National Christmas tree, commonly referred to as the “Peoples’ Tree”, stands as a tribute to the American people. Woodland Park had the honor of providing the People’s Tree for the nation in 2000. Quickly dubbed the “the Millennium Tree.”
The Holiday Home Tour remembers this historic event with the theme “Evergreen Traditions: Celebrating Colorado’s 150 years and Woodland Park’s Millennium Moment.” The Committee welcomes you to our town and invites you to explore, linger, and enjoy The Holiday Home Tour.
